BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, materials in which ethylene resin foam sheets are laminated on the back side of surface materials such as carpets and wallpapers have been used as interior materials for buildings because of their excellent heat insulation, soundproofing, and cushioning properties. This interior material is adhered to surfaces such as floors and walls using an adhesive or double-sided adhesive tape.

However, when the interior material is peeled off to adjust its position or to be replaced, the surface strength of the ethylene resin foam sheet is weak, and parts of the foam sheet break and cause damage to floors, walls, etc. The remaining work efficiency was extremely poor. Additionally, when interior materials are partially adhered using double-sided adhesive tape, the ethylene resin foam sheet expands and contracts due to changes in temperature, humidity, etc., resulting in blisters, wrinkles, etc., which impairs the appearance. There were flaws.

The ethylene resin foam sheet 1 is a foam sheet made of ethylene resin, and the ethylene resin may include polyethylene, a mixture of polyethylene as a main component with other polymers, a copolymer as a main component of ethylene, etc. can be given. Examples of the above copolymer include ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer,
Examples include ethylene vinyl chloride copolymer.
Further, the foam sheet 1 is preferably a closed-cell foam sheet since it has excellent heat insulation properties, sound insulation properties, etc., and a crosslinked foam sheet is particularly preferred. Further, the foaming ratio of the foamed sheet 1 is preferably 10 to 40 times.

As a method of laminating the ethylene resin foam sheet 1, the surface material 2, and the paper 3, any known method such as a heat fusion method or an adhesive bonding method can be adopted, but the heat fusion method is simple and preferred. . When laminating the paper 3 and the polyethylene film 4 on the back side of the ethylene resin foam sheet 1, it is especially necessary to use paper with polyethylene films laminated on both sides and heat fusion bonding between the paper 3 and the polyethylene film 4 on the back side of the ethylene resin foam sheet 1. It is easy and preferable to do it.

In order to apply the interior material of the present invention to floors, walls, etc., it can be adhered with adhesive, double-sided adhesive tape, etc. Even when the interior material is replaced or peeled off for position adjustment during construction, the foam sheet 1 is reinforced by the paper 3 and the polyethylene film 4, and the foam sheet 1 is not destroyed.
Peeling is easily performed on the surface of the polyethylene film 4. Furthermore, since the paper 3 with good dimensional stability is laminated, the interior material will not swell or wrinkle even if the temperature, humidity, etc. change. The interior material of the present invention is particularly effective when used on floors.
