ロが汎用されている。一般にこのようなサイロ
は、複数の周胴リング(側板リング)を積み上げ
各周胴リングを溶接接合することによる構築され
る。従来、かかるサイロの構築は、周胴リング内
面に突設されたブラケツト上に円形の足場を支持
させ、その足場上の作業者が上部に積み上げられ
た周胴リングとの溶接接合を行い、さらに足場を
クレーン等で吊り上げて次の周胴リングのブラケ
ツトに支持させ、上部の周胴リングとの接合を行
うという方法が採られる。しかしこのような方法
では、通常サイロは単一ではなく多数のものが一
群として構築されるものであることから、これら
複数のサイロを並行して構築しようとした場合サ
イロ自体とは別に多数の足場を必要とし、またサ
イロ構築の最終段階では上記足場上での作業によ
り屋根を形成せしめるところから、この後に足場
をサイロ内部から撤去するための煩雑且つ危険な
作業を行う必要がある。このようなことから本考
案者等は先に、新たなサイロの構築法を特願昭56
ー124088号として提案した。この構築法は、予め
形成された屋根用構造体を足場として利用するも
ので、この足場を作業位置において周胴リング内
面に設けられた支持部に吊り具(ワイヤ等)を介
して吊り下げ保持せしめ、1つの周胴リングの接
合終了後、クレーン等で吊り上げて、次の作業位
置で再び支持部に吊り下げ保持せしめるという工
程を繰り返し、最終的にこの足場たる屋根用構造

題点があることが判明した。即ち、上記足場の作
業位置での吊り下げ保持は、第1図に示すように
屋根用構造体1の周縁上部の複数箇所に吊り具の

内面に設けられた支持ピース6′とを吊り具10
により連結することによりなされる。そして、こ
のような作業用の足場は、作業者がその上に立ち
溶接作業を行うため、溶接箇所たる周胴リング2
上縁の下方120cm程度の位置にその上面がくるよ
うにして配設される必要があり、このため上記し
た方法では、支持ピース6′を各周胴リング2の
上部に取付け、これに適当な長さの吊り具10を
連結して足場の吊り下げを行うものである。とこ
ろで、このように屋根用構造体1を足場として利
用する構築方式では、屋根用構造体1を最上部の
周胴リングに固定するに先立ち、地上で必要な付
属機器等を据え付けるために構造体を積み上げら
れた周胴リングの上部から一旦抜き出すため、そ
の外径は、最上部の周胴リング内面に突設された
複数の屋根取付ブラケツト先端により仮想形成さ
れる内径よりも小径に構成されている。従つてこ
れを足場として使用した場合、第1図に示すよう
に取付部9を構造体の周縁に設けたとしても、こ
の取付部9と前記支持ピース6′とが周胴リング
径方向で離れてしまい、この結果、構造体荷重に
よる引張力の比較的大きな水平分力Pが支持ピー
ス6′及びその取付部分に働くことになる。そし

胴リング2の上部に設けた構造では、上記水平分

場を構成せしめるようにしたものであり、かくす
ることにより、支持部の位置の周胴リングの高さ
方向中央部寄りとし、且つ吊り具を比較的長く取
つた状態で足場を適正な高さに吊り下げ保持せし
