池アレイ、７は絶縁材、８は絶縁シート、９はパ
ネル、１０は導電性膜、１１は導電材、１２は電
源。なお図中、同一符号は同一又は相当部分を示
す。

Claims (1)
- 複数の太陽電池と、この太陽電池の陰極と陽極
を接続する導電性の接続片と、上記陰極と陽極及
び接続片を覆う絶縁材と、上記太陽電池の表面に
貼られたカバーグラスと、これら絶縁材とカバー
グラスの表面に固着された導電性膜と、この導電
性膜に導電材を経由して接続された電源とを備え
、この電源から直流電圧を上記導電性膜に印加す
る事を特徴とする太陽電池アレイ。
