In recent years, prefabricated shelves have become the mainstream for product display shelves, but pipes, pipe fittings, and other components are transported to the department store sales point where products are displayed, and the shelves are assembled into appropriate shapes there. requires skilled acquisition and additional labor time. Due to the convenience of department stores and stores that display products,
This work is usually done for a short period of time on limited days such as store holidays, and is usually carried out at the same time as the replacement work. However, with on-site assembly methods, problems often arise in mobilizing skilled workers and limiting work time.

Therefore, a method has been considered in which shelves are assembled in advance at a workshop such as a factory and then transported to a display site such as a department store. However, transporting and moving the entire assembled shelf is not only inconvenient due to its size, but also very inefficient. It may be possible to assemble it to some extent in a factory and then transport it as a semi-finished product, but it will still need to be obtained on site.
It is also being considered to make the shelves foldable so that they can be folded during transportation to improve transportation efficiency. However, the folding shelves that have been developed to date have the major drawback that they can only be provided that meet certain specific standards. In other words, mechanical processing has been added to make the shelves foldable, so although the shelves can be folded together, the structure usually does not allow for the addition of shelves or other appropriate changes. . If you want to change the size, length, or depth of the shelves depending on the display situation at a department store or store, standard folding shelves will not suffice, so you can order custom-made folding shelves from the factory in advance. , we had to take into account the extra production time. This also had the disadvantage that the shelves themselves were relatively expensive. In particular, there were circumstances in which we were unable to accommodate such special orders for the shelves for shipping.

Half of the tips of the upper and lower pieces of the recess are formed so as to come into contact with the base 24 and fix the shelf in the assembled state, and the other halves are formed in a circular shape. As a result, in this embodiment, the bending joint part is configured to rotate 90 degrees to the left and stop when it comes into contact with another fitting part. FIG. 4 is a plan view of the shelf in a folded state (see FIG. 2), and the third
The pipe joint member shown in the figure corresponds to that indicated by A. To configure one shelf,
A different type of pipe fitting member than that shown in this example would be required. That is, all of these modifications have the same basic structure as that shown in FIG. 3, although some are required in the opposite direction.

Since the assembly shelf folding device according to the present invention has the configuration as described in detail above, it has the great advantage that various shapes can be easily formed compared to conventional folding shelves that have a single pattern. In addition, the folding method can be freely determined from left to right, and at the same time, it is also possible to fold up and down. Furthermore, whereas conventional shelves were fixed at 90 degrees, the present invention can be fixed at any angle, allowing the user to freely assemble the shelves no matter what the shape of the room. effective.
