Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明の装置は靴の踵高さに合わせて踝関節角
を変えるためのものであり、図２、図３はその装
置によつて、それぞれ裸足の場合とハイヒールを
履いた場合に合わせた状態である。これら２つの
踝関節角の中間に運動靴や中ヒールを履いた場合
がはいつてくる。このような日常生活において男
性でも３〜４段階の踵高さの切換えが必要であ
る。しかし、従来の義足はこのような踝角度変更
装置が全くないか、若しくは裸足と特定の踵高の
靴の２通りのみにしか対応できない。
次に、図面について本装置の機能を説明する。
図１は従来の踝関節角度変更装置の無い義足を表
わしたものであるが、この図における下腿１が図
２では下腿１．１および下腿先端１．２に分けら
れており、下腿先端上方のＵ字形溝に偏心カム８
のカム部８ｂがはいつている。図４に示すように
偏心カム８にはカム部８ｂの両端にカム軸８ａが
あり、その片方の外側にスプライン軸８ｃが付い
て一体になつている。カム軸８ａおよびスプライ
ン軸８ｃはそれぞれ下腿１．１のカム軸穴１１お
よびスプライン穴９によつてクラツチが構成され
る。図２の状態から踵高さを変える場合には、偏
心カム８を軸方向に押し、スプライン軸８ｃを押
し出してクラツチを外した後、外に出ているスプ
ライン軸８ｃをつまんで回転させる。そうする
と、カム軸８ａに対してカム部８ｂが前方へ回転
移動するので、下腿先端１．２が踝関節軸２回り
に回転し、爪先を下げる。そこで再びクラツチを
入れて固定する。このように、スプラインの歯が
ずれた数に対応した踵高さが選べるのである。
また、より簡便な装置としては、図５に示すよ
うに下腿１．１と下腿先端１．２にそれぞれ間隔
の異なる数個のピン穴を設け、適当な踝関節角を
なす位置で、かつ２個のピン穴が合致した位置で
固定ピン１０を該ピン穴に挿入することによつて
容易に踵高を変更することもできる。
【図面の簡単な説明】
図１は従来の義足の解説図、図２は本発明の関
節角度調節装置を組込んだ義足において、裸足の
場合の踵高さに踝関節角を合わせた状態を示す
図、図３は該義足においてハイヒールを履いた場
合の踵高さに踝関節角を合わせた状態を示す図、
図４は踝関節角度調節装置を構成する部品の詳細
を示す図、図５は本発明の簡便な実施方法を示す
図である。 １……下腿、１．１……下腿、１．２……下腿
先端、２……踝関節軸、３……弾性体、５……足
底、８……偏心カム、８ａ……カム軸、８ｂ……
カム部、８ｃ……スプライン軸、９……スプライ
ン穴、１０……ピン、１１……カム軸穴。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 下腿１．１と下腿先端１．２を連結する踝関
    節軸２、下腿１．１に設けた変身カム軸穴１１、
    スプライン８ｃを一端に有し、手動回転可能な偏
    心カム軸８および、偏心カム軸穴１１の一周端に
    設けられ、スプライン８ｃと嵌合および嵌合解除
    自在なスプライン穴９とからなる踝関節角度調節
    装置。
