In the figure, 1 is the spin-washing tub body with a reinforcing body 3 fixed to the bottom with screws 2; A plurality of vertically elongated dehydration grooves 4 are formed on the inner periphery of the body, and these dehydration grooves 4
A large number of dehydration holes 5 are bored in the bottom of the tank. on the other hand,
Reference numerals 6 and 7 denote a case body and a lid body of the balancer made of synthetic resin, which are joined at a portion A to form a hollow annular body, and a fluid is sealed therein to form the balancer. This balancer is inserted into the inner periphery of the upper opening of the dewatering/washing tub main body 1, and the rib 9 of the stepped portion 8 provided on the outer wall of the case body 6 is placed on the upper edge of the washing tub main body 1. At the same time, it is fixed with screws 10 to reduce unbalanced swinging around due to the laundry in the tub when the spin-drying/washing tub main body 1 rotates for spin-drying.

Here, the lid body 7 is held by being attached to a jig 13 or adsorbed by a suction cup, but during the automatic joining process, the lid body 7 is made as light as possible to avoid troubles such as falling. Therefore, the height B of the lid body 7 was set small. On the other hand, the volume of the annular hollow part composed of the case body 6 and the lid body 7 needs to be more than a certain amount in order to further improve the effect of the fluid balancer, so the depth C of the case body is not increased. I had to. Therefore, when the balancer is attached to the upper part of the spin-drying/washing tub body 1, the case body 6 with a large depth C enters into the spin-drying/washing tub body 1, as shown in FIG. The distance D) from the bottom of the tank 1 to the lower end of the case body 6 is reduced. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, the height H of the lower rib 9 of the stepped portion 8 of the case body 6 is increased, and the gap H between the upper edge of the dewatering/washing tub main body 1 and the lower end surface of the stepped portion 8 is increased. It is conceivable to increase the distance D by increasing the distance D. However, if the lower rib 9 were made large, problems in terms of strength would occur.

This leads to a decrease in the dewatering efficiency.

In the figure, a plurality of protrusions 13 are formed on the inner periphery of the body of the dehydrating/washing tub main body 1 to a height of D from the bottom so that the stepped portion 14 is located at the top of the dehydrating/washing tub main body 1. There is. A protruding rib 15 is provided on the inner surface of the body of the dewatering/washing tub main body 1 above the stepped portion 14. On the other hand, a plurality of grooves 16 are provided on the outer periphery of the case body 6 constituting the balancer to correspond to the protruding ribs 15.

形状にしてもよい。 Therefore, the balancer is the dehydrating and washing tub body 1.
The lower part of the case body 6 is placed on the step part 14 of the protruding part 13 of the case body, and the step part 8 of the case body is located above the upper edge of the dehydrating/washing tub main body 1. 6 and the dewatering/washing tub main body 1 can be made smaller than the conventional E. That is,
If the height of the dewatering/washing tub main body 1 is the same, the washable range (depth D) can be made larger compared to the conventional one, or the washing tub main body 1
If the washable range (depth D) of the washing tub is constant, then the relationship is that the height D+G of the spin-drying/washing tub main body 1 of this embodiment<the height D+E of the conventional spin-drying/washing tub main body 1, The main body 1 can be made smaller than before,
This has the effect of improving moldability and reducing the amount of material used. In addition, the upper end of the dehydration groove 4 and the dehydration/washing tub main body 1
Compared to the conventional gap F, the gap H between the stepped portion 14 and the outer circumferential surface of the groove H holds the relationship F<H, and the water discharged upward from the dewatering groove 4 can be easily released and improve the dewatering effect. . Since the stepped portion of the case body 6 becomes unnecessary, the case body 6 may have a shape as shown in FIG. 6.

However, in the case of a metal dehydration/washing tub main body, the protrusion 13 extends to the bottom by press working. It is also possible to stop the process halfway through.

6 and the protruding rib 15 of the dewatering/washing tub body 1 are fitted, so that the insertion hole 11 of the screw 10 of the tub matches the mounting hole position of the balancer, and the stepped portion 1
4 and the bottom of the case body 6, as shown in Fig. 8, place the balancer in the opposite direction, insert the spin-drying/washing tub body 1, and place the reinforcing body 3 on the bottom. Both 10 and 2 can be tightened from the outside of the dehydration/washing tub body, with a balancer,
Automatic tightening is possible when assembling the dewatering/washing tub main body 1 and the reinforcing body 3.

In addition to forming the step so that it is located higher up, a gap is also formed between the outer circumferential surface of the annular balancer and the upper end of the dehydration groove, so the mounting strength of the balancer is not reduced, and it can also be used as a dewatering groove. It is possible to increase the washable portion of the washing tub main body and improve drainage efficiency by improving drainage from the dewatering groove. Furthermore, if the washable portion of the dewatering/washing tub main body is made constant, the tub can be made smaller, the moldability of the tub can be improved, and the amount of molding material can be reduced. Furthermore, since the annular balancer is attached to the stepped portion, sufficient strength can be ensured even if the annular balancer is attached so as to protrude beyond the upper edge of the dewatering/washing tub main body.
