Prior Art The basic structure of this type of dewatering device is shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 55-24029 filed by the present applicant. This dehydration device uses air introduced from one end of the water-containing granules put into a long cylindrical dehydration cylinder (pressure-feeding cylinder) to eject them from an opening at the other end (discharge port) and onto a rotating plate facing the discharge port. The granules and water are separated by collision, and the moisture is passed through a partition plate (solid-liquid separation plate) made of a wire mesh fixed around the rotating plate and discharged from the liquid chute, and the granules are separated from the solid chute. We are collecting more.

On the other hand, there has already been a device in which the solid-liquid separation function has been improved by forming the solid-liquid separation plate in the above-mentioned dehydration device into a cage shape that expands toward the above-mentioned discharge port side to create a dehydration cage that rotates integrally with the above-mentioned rotary plate. This was proposed in Utility Model Application Publication No. 58-3919 filed by the present applicant.

The problem that the invention aims to solve: The particles that collide with the rotating plate are bounced around all four sides,
It collides with the inner base of the wire mesh cage fixed on the outer periphery of the rotating plate, and is then subjected to a strong centrifugal action due to the rotation of the wire mesh cage, and while water is separated from the granules, the particles are transferred to the inner surface of the wire mesh cage. Move along the line toward the opening of the wire mesh cage. During the above series of operations, the inner base of the wire mesh basket is severely worn due to particles colliding with the inner base of the wire mesh basket. was being replaced.

B. Means for solving the structural problems of the invention A reinforcing plate made of a material resistant to abrasion is provided on the inner surface of the base of the dehydration basket, and the reinforcing plate catches the colliding particles and then spreads them outward. This is intended to improve the lifespan of the dehydration basket by transferring it to the continuous inner surface of the dehydration basket.

The water-containing granules discharged from the discharge port 3b of the pressure-feeding cylinder 3 collide with the rotary plate 8, are splashed around, and repeatedly collide with the reflector plate 9, causing the granules to be sent to the side of the dehydration basket 17. When moving, as shown in FIG. 9, after colliding with the corner portion 20' of the reinforcing plate 20, it moves along the inner surface of the dewatering basket 17 in the opening direction as shown by the arrow. By the way, the reinforcing plate 20 with which particles collide violently
Since the corner portion 20' is thick, there is sufficient wear allowance as shown by the dotted line, and the service life of the reinforcing plate 20 is long.As a result, the frequency of replacing the reinforcing plate can be extremely reduced.

When the reinforcing plate 20 shown in FIG.
While passing through the gap, the ribs force the particles to move in the same direction as the rotating direction of the rotary plate 8, and as a result, the speed difference between the particles and the reinforcing plate 20 is significantly reduced, and the Wear of the reinforcing plate 20 is suppressed as much as possible. The divided pieces 33 constituting the reinforcing plate 20 are made of a wear-resistant material such as wear-resistant steel, high chromium cast iron, ceramic material, or silicone cap.

In order to dehydrate the water-containing granules using such a dehydrator, the rotating plate 8 and the dehydrating basket 17 are rotated together, and air is fed from the hopper 7 into the pressure feeding cylinder 3 through the air outlet 3a at a predetermined flow rate. The water-containing granules are introduced into the pressure-feeding tube 3 and are forced-feeded to the discharge port 3b side by an air flow. A portion of the water liberated during this pumping process is discharged to the outside from the first and second liquid shoots 5 and 6 through the slits in the slit plate 4. Next, the water-containing particles ejected from the discharge port 3b collide with the rotating rotary plate 8, bounce back, collide with the reflecting plate 9, and collide with the rotary plate 8 again, and in the process of repeating this collision, the particles and water are are completely separated, and the particles gradually move toward the outer circumference through the gap between the reflection plate 9 and the dehydration basket 17, and are further guided to the inclined inner surface by the centrifugal force of the rotating rotary basket 17, and are removed from the rotary basket 17. Solid collection chamber 34 in the front casing 1
The water enters the solid chute 35 below and is recovered in a dehydrated state. Further, the water separated and scattered from the granules passes through the dehydration basket 17, enters the liquid collection chamber 36 on the back side thereof, and is discharged from the third liquid chute 37 below. Incidentally, when the particles repeatedly collide between the rotary plate 8 and the reflection plate 9 and move toward the dehydration basket 17, the particles strongly collide with the inner base of the dehydration basket 17, but the reinforcing plate 20 It has a function of accepting this and preventing the dehydration basket 17 from being damaged.

F. Effects of the invention In this invention, a reinforcing plate made of a wear-resistant material is provided at the inner base of the dehydration basket, so that the blown particles strongly collide with the reinforcing plate. The corners of this reinforcing plate are thicker than other parts and are made of wear-resistant material, so they have a long service life. Furthermore, since the reinforcing plate is attached to the inner base of the dewatering basket with bolts and nuts, the dehydrating basket can be used for a long time by replacing only the reinforcing plate.
Further, it is advantageous to manufacture, handle, etc. the reinforcing plate with a plurality of divided pieces, and in particular, the divided pieces are the only consumables.

The water-containing granules introduced into the pressure-feeding cylinder from the hopper are ejected from the outlet at the other end by air flow introduced from the air outlet at one end of the pressure-feeding cylinder, and are placed at a position opposite to the outlet of the pressure-feeding cylinder. The solid-liquid separation occurs through a dewatering basket that is arranged around the rotary plate, rotates together with the rotary plate, and expands in a shape toward the pressure cylinder. In a dewatering device, a hopper that feeds water-containing granules into a pressure-feeding tube is open-connected to the pressure-feeding tube inside the casing,
A reflecting plate and a scattering prevention plate facing the rotary plate are provided at the tip of the pressure-feeding cylinder and a portion slightly rearward from the tip and located inside the dehydration basket, respectively, and the inner surface of the dehydration basket and the reflection plate are provided respectively. A dewatering device characterized in that a gap is formed between the periphery of the scattering prevention plate and the periphery of the scattering prevention plate.
