In a case consisting of a handle and a gun barrel, a first inner cylinder provided with a water inlet on the handle side and a second inner cylinder provided with a water spout on the gun barrel are arranged coaxially. The outer peripheral surfaces of both ends of the sliding shaft are fitted into the first inner cylinder and the second inner cylinder through sealing rings, and the sliding shaft is hollow to form a water flow passage. One end communicates with the water supply port on the first inner cylinder side, and the other end of the sliding shaft is provided with a valve body on the end face and a spout opening facing the circumferential surface, and the other end of the sliding shaft is in communication with the water supply port on the first inner cylinder side. A spring is attached to the outer periphery of the valve body so that the valve body can be pressed against the valve seat to close the spout, and a locking piece of a lever provided on the handle is engaged, and when the lever is operated, the spring is activated.
