玉縁に対して巻締め封緘されるスカート部を垂下
形成したものにおいて、上記封緘蓋におけるスカ
ート部との境界部分に形成された封緘を開封する
ための切取線より上部内面にプライマーのような
接着剤を塗布し嵌合された中蓋外面に対し接着さ
