[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a pulley that is used with a wire rope when, for example, transporting wood from a mountainous area.
In particular, half of the circumference of the cable receiving loop is omitted to reduce weight.

Conventionally, this type of pulley is configured to rotatably support a receiving cable ring between a pair of hanging arms, and to wind a wire rope around the receiving cable ring. This cable receiving ring is formed to be robust in order to support the tension from the wire rope, and therefore has a large weight. Therefore, when this pulley is used, for example, to transport wood from a mountainous area, the tension on the wire rope will be applied from a substantially horizontal direction as shown in Figure 1, but as mentioned above, the load on the pulley ring is large. As a result, the wire rope is tilted downward, and the wire rope comes into strong sliding contact with the edge of the groove of the receiving ring.

In other words, the wire rope only makes sliding contact with a part of the receiving ring (approximately 1/3 of the entire circumference), and therefore, when the receiving ring is tilted downward, the groove direction of the receiving ring and the wire rope The tension direction of the wire rope crosses the tension direction of the wire rope, and the wire rope comes into sliding contact with the edge of the groove of the receiving cable ring.

Therefore, the wire rope easily comes off from the groove of the cable ring, and the wire rope is worn out due to sliding contact at the edge of the cable ring, resulting in disadvantages such as a shortened service life.

Figure 1 is a diagram schematically depicting the transport of wood.
A and B indicate standing trees or supports that have the required strength, and a cable C is stretched between these standing trees A and B.
A support trolley D was suspended from this so that it could travel, and a hanging wire rope w with one end fixed to a tree A was hung from the trolley D so as to hang down, and the other end of this wire rope w was attached to the tree B side. It is wound around one drum W1 of the hoisting device W via a pulley 1 having a receiving ring, and an endless traction wire rope 1 is connected to the support base D, and this traction wire rope 1 is attached to trees A and B. The lumber is wound around the attached pulleys 1 and wound around the other drum W2 of the winding device W, thereby constructing a wood transport system.

In order to transport the wood M using this wood transport system, first, the hanging wire rope w is unwound from the hoisting device W, the hanging part from the support cart D is further extended downward, and it is attached to the lower end of this hanging part. The lumber M is hooked onto the hook pulley f, and in this state, one drum W1 of the hoisting device W is rotated, and the hanging wire rope w is hoisted to the lumber M.

transport. In this case, when winding up the hanging wire rope w or when winding up the traction wire rope l, a substantially horizontal tension acts on the pulley 1 around which each wire rope is wound, and the wire ropes w and l are As a result, there is a risk that it will come into sliding contact with the edge of the receiving cable ring of the pulley 1 with a strong frictional force and may come off from the groove of the receiving cable ring.

Furthermore, guide plates 26a and 2 are provided between the hanging arms 12 and 13.
A presser frame 33 is disposed so as to be in contact with the upper edge of the presser frame 6b. One end of this presser frame 33 is pivotally attached to the upper end of the hanging arm 13 together with the hanging ring 27 by a shaft pin 30, and the other end is connected to the upper end of the hanging arm 13. First, with the locking piece 31 at the tip of the engagement pin 32 raised in the axial direction, the through hole 28a of the hanging arm 12,
28b and one through hole 27a of the hanging ring 27, open the hanging ring 27 and presser frame 33 which are in a closed state between the hanging arms 12 and 13, and guide the wire rope w from between the upper ends of the hanging arms 12 and 13. Board 26
a and 26b and hook it onto the rope receiver 25 of the rope receiver chain. Then, the hanging ring 27 and the presser frame 33 are closed again, and the engaging pin 32 is inserted into the through hole where the hanging arm 12 and the hanging ring 27 communicate with each other, and the locking piece 31 is pushed down and locked. Thereafter, the pulley is attached to a standing tree or support as usual by tying a wire to the hanging ring 27.

Therefore, when the wire rope w engaged with this pulley is rotated, the rope receiving chain 22 is rotated together with the wire rope w along the periphery of the base plate 14, and the wire rope w is rotated smoothly. At this time, the rope receiving chain 22 rotates with respect to the base plate 14 in an arc shape in the upper part and horizontally in the lower part, but the wire rope w rotates in the upper part with respect to the rope receiving chain 22. Since the cable is only engaged with the cable, it runs while being bent in an arc like a pulley using a conventional cable ring. In addition, if the rope receiving chain 22 stretches during long-term use, both tension plates 15a and 15b are inserted into the long holes 18a of the base plate 14.
and 18b, and presses its circumferential surface against the rope receiving chain 21, thereby adjusting the rope receiving chain 21 so that it is in sliding contact with the entire circumferential surface of the base plate 14 under tension. Further, when the rope receiving chain 22 slides against the base plate 14, lubricating oil is applied to the rope receiving chain 22 as described above, so that the rope receiving chain 22 always slides smoothly.

Furthermore, if the wire rope w swings during sliding contact with the rope receiver chain 22 and floats up from the rope receiver 25, it is immediately guided into contact with the guide plates 26a and 26b and returned to the rope receiver 25, and the hanging arm is 1

As described above, according to the present invention, the rope receiving chain, which replaces the conventional receiving chain, runs in an arc in the part where the wire rope comes into sliding contact, and runs in a straight line in the part where the wire rope does not come in sliding contact. Since the wire rope receiving ring has a structure in which the lower half of the wire rope receiving ring is cut out, the weight of the receiving portion of the wire rope is halved compared to the conventional one, and the pulley is lighter overall. Even when the tension of the wire rope acts in a substantially horizontal direction, the pulley as a whole is inclined in the direction of the tension of the wire rope, and the wire rope does not come into sliding contact with the edge of the rope holder, but always stays in the center of the rope holder. The tension of the wire rope can be reliably supported by the sliding engagement. Furthermore, if the pulley according to the present invention is made to have approximately the same weight as a conventional pulley, the radius of the base plate can be increased and the running arc of the rope receiving chain can be increased, making it equivalent to a pulley using a large diameter receiving ring. wire rope can be supported. As described above, the pulley of the present invention is particularly effective when bending a wire rope with a large radius.
