Claims (1)
で往復動可能とされた流体圧アクチユエータにお
いて、前記液体圧作用室には前記変位体の一方の
移動限と他方の移動限との中間位置に作動流体の
排出ポートが開口されており、該排出ポートは前
記変位体で閉塞可能とされているとともに該排出
ポートに連通される作動流体の流路は前記変位体
の変位方向を切替えるための切替弁に接続されて
、該変位体が前記排出ポートの位置に停止させら
れる場合にのみドレン流路と連通されることを特
徴とする流体圧アクチユエータ。 (2) 変位体の変位方向を切替えるための切替弁
は２つの４ポート２位置切替弁で、排出ポートに
連結される作動流体の流路はこのうちの第１の切
替弁の１つのポートに接続され、この第１の切替
弁の他の一つのポートは第２の切替弁の一つのポ
ートに接続され、この第２の切替弁の他の一つの
ポートはドレン流路に接続されている実用新案登
