In this example, the leg 2 has two rods 4 at the base (3).
5 are each attached rotatably. In use, for example, as shown in Fig.
Expand by a predetermined angle. In this way, even if the main body 1 is subjected to lateral loads or vibrations, it is less likely to fall over. When carrying it, after closing the rods 4 and 5, insert the claws 7a and 8a of the slide pieces 7 and 8 of the lock mechanism 6 (see Fig. 4) on the bottom of the main body 1 into the holes 4a and 5a of the rods 4 and 5 (see Figure 4). 6) to fix the rods 4, 5 to the main body 1. In this way, as shown in FIG.
When the battery pack 9 is attached to the main body 1, the battery pack 9 can be carried together with the main body 1. Furthermore, if the tuner 10 is attached to the battery pack 9, it will be even more convenient to carry.

FIGS. 2 and 3 show the members for attaching the main body 1 to the legs 2. FIG. In FIGS. 2 and 3, the base 3 of the leg 2 is swingably attached to the back cover 13. That is, a rotating body 14 made of plastic is fixedly attached to the base 3. A through hole 14a is formed in this rotating body 14. On the other hand, the back cover 13 has a pair of brackets 15 and 16.
Fix and install. Support metal fittings 17 and 18 (FIG. 3) are used for specific attachment. here,
When the back cover 13 is assembled to the base 3,
The brackets 15 and 16 are arranged to sandwich the rotating body 14.

A shaft 19 is used to integrate these brackets 15, 16 and the rotating body 14. That is, a male threaded portion 19a is formed at one end of the shaft 19,
A knob 20 is formed at the other end. On the other hand, the rotating body 14
Friction plates 21 and 22 made of aluminum are arranged between and the brackets 15 and 16, respectively. Specifically, recesses corresponding to the friction plates 21 and 22 are formed on the side wall surface of the rotating body 14, and the friction plates 2 are inserted into these recesses.

In this case, as the threaded engagement between the male threaded portion 19a of the shaft 19 and the threaded hole 16a of the bracket 16 progresses, the rotating body 14 will be clamped by the brackets 15 and 16. Actually, since friction plates 21 and 22 are respectively engaged with both side walls of the rotating body 14, these friction plates 21 and 22 strongly abut against the brackets 15 and 16, respectively. As a result, the rotating body 14 is fixed to the brackets 15 and 16 by the friction between the friction plates 21 and 22. Bracket 15, 16
are attached to the back cover 13 by support fittings 17 and 18, respectively, so the rotating body 14 is attached to the back cover 13 after all.

In this case, the lever 25 is normally biased in the direction of the arrow a in FIGS. 4 and 5 due to the return force of the coil spring 31. As a result, slide piece 7,
8 is biased in the direction of arrow b as shown in FIG. That is, each claw portion 7 of the slide pieces 7, 8
a and 8a are protruding. On the other hand, when the lever 25 is pushed in the direction of the arrow c in FIG.
a and 8a move backward. It should be noted that there is no need to explain that when the pressure on the lever 25 is released, the claws 7a, 8a protrude again. Note that the stroke of the claws 7a, 8a in this case is indicated by l in FIG.

In such a configuration, the television receiver body 1
In order to transport it, for example, it is integrated with a battery pack 9 and a tuner 10 as shown in FIG. To do this, close the rods 4 and 5 of the leg part 2 as shown by the arrows in FIG. Push down. Eventually,
In the locking mechanism 6, as shown in FIG.

a descends while shifting in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 6A.
Then, the claws 7a, 8a are moved to the position shown in FIG. 6B.
When the rods 4 and 5 are lowered, the claws 7a and 8a are moved by the returning force of the spring 31 to the position shown in FIG.

In this example, the rods 4 and 5 only open and close in the left and right directions, and the movement direction of the rods 4 and 5 and the claw portion 7
It is perpendicular to the moving direction of a and 8a. Therefore,
In the locked state, the rods 4 and 5 do not swing in the left-right direction, and the lock is not released inadvertently. The advantage of this is that rods 4,5
This can be easily understood by considering the case where the claws move along the moving direction of the claws 7a and 8a.

After the main body 1 and the rods 4, 5 are firmly locked in this way, the battery pack 9 is connected to the rods 4, 5, and the tuner 10 is connected to the battery pack 9.

On the other hand, during use, it is preferable to open the rods 4 and 5 from the viewpoint of stability. To do this, first remove the battery pack 9 from the rods 4 and 5, then push in the lever 25 to remove the claw 7.
a, 8a are moved back as shown in FIG. 6B. Then, the lock between the main body 1 and the rods 4 and 5 can be released. Also, prior to this, the knob 20 is loosened and the main body 1 is pulled up relative to the leg portion 2.
Then, once you have adjusted the screen angle to your desired one,
Tighten the knob 20 to fix the angle of the main body 1. After this, the rods 4 and 5 are opened to stabilize the main body 1.

In this case, if a load is erroneously applied to the main body 1 and this load exceeds the sliding torque of the friction plates 21 and 22, the main body 1 will descend in accordance with the load. here,
If this slipping torque is set to a desired value, for example, if the load is smaller than the load that would damage the back cover 13, the back cover 13 will not be damaged even if a load is applied by mistake.

As described above, according to the television receiver of the present invention, the rods 4 and 5 can be opened and closed, and the claws 8a and 7 are attached along the longitudinal direction of the rods 4 and 5 in the closed state.
A is moved back and forth. That is, rod 4,5
The claws 8a, 7a are reciprocated in a direction substantially perpendicular to the opening/closing direction. Therefore, the rods 4 and 5 are connected to the television receiver main body 1 by the claws 8a and 7a.
If you fix it vertically against the rod 4,
5 can be fixed in the closed position. This means that even if the rods 4, 5 can be opened and closed, they are fixed in the closed position in the locked state.
This also means that even if the rods 4, 5 can be opened and closed, there is no problem in locking the rods 4, 5 and the television receiver main body 1. Of course, when locking is performed by reciprocating the claws 7a, 8a in the opening and closing directions of the rods 5, 4, the lock is immediately released when the rods 4, 5 open and close due to vibration.

As described above, according to the present invention, reliable locking can be achieved. This is very useful when other equipment, such as a battery pack or tuner, is connected to the rods 4 and 5 and transported together.
