and a female snap C fixed to the other fabric A 2 are used as a pair, and a protrusion D protruding from the side of the male snap B is elastically inserted into a fitting hole E provided on the female snap C. Snaps B and C control the separation of both fabrics A 1 and A 2 by fitting and disengaging.

I'm behind. In other words, when considering a Y-shirt, for example, the design process described above affects the female snap C exposed on the front side, especially the rivet body that is its component.
It is added to C 1 , but for this design molding (mostly injection molding), a fourth
As shown by the chain line C1 ' in the figure, the rivet body must be made thicker, and the overall thickness of the female snap C increases accordingly, and the bulkiness causes problems in the appearance of not only the snap fastener but also the Y-shirt itself. In addition to the appearance, the weight increases and the downward tension of the fabric A2 worsens the comfort. Also, depending on the material used, depressions or so-called "sink marks", which are well known to those skilled in the art, may occur on the surface of the rivet body (indicated by arrow a) during cooling. Since the product is of good quality, the yield is low.

If C 1 rotates freely with respect to the fabric A 2 , a decorative effect can be felt by changing the direction of the rivet body C 1 as the rivet body C 1 rotates. Therefore, as shown in the figure, it has been proposed to prevent the above-mentioned free rotation by providing spikes G projecting from the rivet body C1 and biting into the fabric A2 . However, since the snap connection between the snap body C 2 and the rivet body C 1 is generally performed using a special processing machine, depending on the type of fabric, the spikes may be crushed due to the pressure applied during the connection, or the spikes may be G presses against the snap body C2 , promoting flexural deformation in the direction of arrow b, which reduces the diameter of the fitting hole E, making it impossible to press-fit the protrusion D of the male snap B smoothly during use. I was getting used to it.

The reason for this is that the rivet body and the snap main body, which face each other with the fabric sandwiched therebetween, are connected by press-fitting the protruding part into the recessed part, so that the overall thickness of the female snap is not increased or decreased. Although it is in a tight state, the rivet body thickness is made to be able to withstand design processing, and the direction in which the fabric is sandwiched between the rotation prevention rib and the protruding part is
The connecting direction of the snap body and the rivet body is perpendicular to reduce the contact pressure between the rotation prevention rib and the fabric and the protrusion, thereby preventing damage to the rotation prevention rib and reduction in the diameter of the fitting hole. The point is to prevent it.

る。 Hereinafter, the details of the present invention will be explained based on the drawings. In FIGS. 1 to 3, a rivet body 1 is relatively thick with a required design on the front side 2, and the back side, i.e. Fabric A 2
A substantially conical caulking protrusion 4 (the shape is not particularly limited) is integrally provided at the center of the contact surface 3, and an annular recess 5 surrounds the protrusion 4. is formed, and further inside the recessed part 5,
A plurality or a large number of anti-rotation ribs 6 facing toward the protrusion 4 are integrally expanded, and a doughnut-shaped press-fit groove is formed between the tips of the anti-rotation ribs 6 and the protrusion 4. 7 is formed. It goes without saying that the depth of this concave portion 5 is set so as not to affect the molding of the above design. On the other hand, the snap body 8 of the female snap has a thin plate shape, and has an insertion hole 9 penetrated through the center thereof, and a fabric contacting surface 10 including the insertion hole 9 is protruded in a substantially cap shape to allow the above-mentioned press fit. A protruding part 11 that can be fitted into the groove 7 is formed, and a fitting hole 12 that is open on the back side is integrally formed inside the protruding part 11, and a reinforcing rib 13 stands up on the outer peripheral edge. It is formed. Note that the outer diameter R 1 of the protruding portion 11 is smaller than the inner diameter R 2 of the press-fitting groove 7 .

As shown in the figure, it is inserted into the insertion hole 9 of the snap main body 8 through the fabric A 2 , and by caulking the tip of the protrusion 14, both 1 and 8 are integrally connected. is press-fitted into the press-fitting groove 7 while dragging the fabric A 2 , and the anti-rotation rib 6...
The material A 2 is pinched between the material A 2 and the protruding portion 11 , and the anti-rotation ribs 6 bite into the material A 2 to prevent the rivet body 1 from rotating. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, by fitting and removing the protrusion D of the male snap fastened to the other fabric A 1 into the fitting hole 12, the two fabrics A 1 and A 2 are separated as in the conventional manner.

はない。 In the case of the present invention, since the protruding portion 11 on the snap main body side is press-fitted with the material A 2 into the concave portion 5 of the rivet body 1, the overall thickness L 1 of the female snap is
Similar to conventional products that have not been subjected to design processing,
Although the rivet body 1 itself can have a relatively large thickness L2 , it is possible to easily carry out the above-mentioned design process thereon. Furthermore, even if the rivet body thickness L 2 is large, the caulking protrusion 4 is provided protruding from within the recess 5 and is substantially extended from the rivet body surface 2 by a length corresponding to the depth of the recess. Since the thickness up to the tips of the protrusions can be shortened, there is no "sink" in the material at the arrow a part during cooling after injection molding of the rivet body.
can be eliminated. Further, the rotation of the rivet body 1 is prevented by sandwiching the fabric A 2 between the rib 6 expanded in the recessed part 5 and the protruding part 11, and this clamping force is equal to the pressing force in the caulking direction. Since it acts in a direction substantially perpendicular to the rib 6, the rib 6 will not be damaged and the fitting groove 12 will not be reduced in diameter.

のを提供できるメリツトがある。 As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to construct a functional decorative snap fastener that is not bulky, has a good appearance, is lightweight, and is comfortable to wear, and also improves the yield by eliminating the "sink" of the material. Moreover, since it can effectively prevent the rotation of the designed rivet body, it has the advantage of being highly practical.
