- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 加圧された液体を噴霧ノズルによつて微粒
化する液体霧化装置において、上記噴霧ノズルを
、発振器によつて振動させられる振動素子が一体
的に設けられた取付体に取付けたことを特徴とす
る液体霧化装置。 (2) 上記噴霧ノズルは上記取付体の振動振幅が
最大となる位置に取付けられていることを特徴と
する特許請求の範囲第(1)項記載の液体霧化装置
。 (3) 上記噴霧ノズル、振動素子および取付体は
共振系を形成していることを特徴とする特許請求
