- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 工具本体２の軸方向に設けられたフルート溝４
，５内には、ダイヤモンド、立方晶窒化硼素など
の多結晶焼結体からなる切刃層９を備えた複合切
刃チツプ６，７が取付けられ、また工具本体２の
外周縁部分には、ガイドパツド１２が備えられる
ようにした穴あけ工具において、 前記切刃チツプ６，７は、外周側および回転中
心側にそれぞれ向かう主切刃稜１０および副切刃
稜１１によつてＶ字突起が構成され、このＶ字突
起の頂点が刃先直径の略１／２円上に位置すると
ともに、主切刃稜１０が回転方向で対称となるの
に対し、副切刃稜１１の１つが回転中心を越えて
延び、他の副切刃稜１１が回転中心に至らずに回
転方向で非対称になつていることを特徴とする穴
あけ工具。
