Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 製真空容器内の一方にヒータを内蔵する電
子銃、他方に光電変換ターゲツトが設けられ、前
記真空容器内面にジグザグパターンの導電薄薄膜
からなる静電偏向電極が被着されてなる撮像管に
おいて、 上記静電偏向電極の導電薄膜が被着された真空
容器の内面が、微細な凹凸面とされ、この凹凸面
上に該凹凸面の平均凹凸深さ寸法よりも薄い膜厚
で前記導電薄膜が被着されてなることを特徴とす
る撮像管。 (2) 静電偏向電極を構成する導電薄膜の内面凹
凸面は、電子銃のヒータから発する光に対し、約
３０度の入反射角で測定した反射率が、６０％以
下である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の撮
像管。
