Claims (1)
- 加熱された素材を軸線方向に沿つて連続して集
液箱内に給送することにより表面処理液の雰囲気
中に浸して素材の表面処理を行なう表面処理装置
において、前記集液箱内に連続して給送される素
材間に間隙を生じさせる素材切離し機構を設けた
ことを特徴とする表面処理装置。
