Claims (1)
- 可撓性保護管の先端に案内プラグを設け、熱電
対を保護管の軸線方向に配置して保護管内に収容
し熱電対の端部を案内プラグに固着し、螺旋状に
形成したマイクロヒータを熱電対に対して外嵌め
状でその軸線を保護管の軸線に一致させて保護管
内に収容したことを特徴とする可撓性ヒータ。
