本考案は、薄肉金属帯板上に硬質合成樹脂でな

によつて、露出した薄肉金属帯板ハが腐食し、経
年変化によつて、落し口ホ以外の軒樋体内部まで
腐食が進行し、表面層の合成樹脂層ニが浮き上が
り外観上見苦しくなつたり、腐食によつて強度が
低下し、変形等の恐れがあつた。又、軒樋イの上
縁端に形成されている耳部トの側壁部ルまで薄肉
金属帯板ハの先端部リが埋設されている場合と、
はさみ切断時において、第4図の如く、その先端
部リに応力集中が起り、先端部リが外方へ剥離す
ると共に耳部トの長手方向にクラツク(ヒビ割
れ)ヌが生じ、雨水等による腐食の問題や継手の
