Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案は瞬間湯沸し器の給湯蛇口、水道栓の蛇
口管等(以下、単に蛇口管とする)の先端に装着
してほゞ直柱状の集中型給水・給湯(以下、単に
給湯とす)とほゞ円錐台状の拡散型給湯とを1個
の部品にて兼用し得るアダプタに関する。

バルプcより先側の管路抵抗が多くなると自力で
は給湯が出来なくなつて湯が蛇行管e内に停留
し、更に熱によつて蒸発して所謂“空炊き”の危
険をともなう。一方、蛇口管からの湯を直柱状の
集中型給湯にしたり或いは円錐台状の拡散型給湯
にすることはヤカン、鍋等への給湯或いは食器洗
い等の使途から、その使い分けの必要性が高く、
このようなアダプタAは近時盛んに用いられるよ
うになつた。ところで、従来の蛇口管アダプタは
上述したような技術的背景、つまり管路抵抗をむ
やみに増大させない制約の中で拡散型もしくは集
中型給湯を兼行出来るように、とりわけ、拡散型
給湯は管路抵抗を増大させるので比較的径大な面
積より給湯出来るよう図られていた。第6図に一
つの実施を挙げると蛇口管dより径大な倒椀型器
体イの底部に多孔撒水板ロを固定し、中央には円
筒状排水筒ハを貫通させ、この排水筒ハの周りの
撒水板ロに多数の小孔ニを該排水筒ハと円心状の
リング域内に透設し、排水筒ハにその直径方向に
沿つて固定した切換ノブホを旋回することによつ
て排水筒ハよりの直柱状給湯ヘと撒水板からのリ
ング状拡散型給湯トとを使用者の選択によつて独
立的に実施出来るようにしたものがある。

て達成される。

に走行する湯は絞り部に於て圧力が高められるも
絞り部から拡開室内に勢よく急激に進行して直下
の多孔板より先向漸開状の円錐台状の噴流となつ
て撒布される。この場合、上記直柱状の噴流が対
応多孔板を通過する際に拡開室内で一部発生する
逆流は拡開室のテーパ壁に沿つて外向きにそらせ
られるのでアダプタ先側に顕著な流れの抵抗を発
生することは防止され得る。この結果、前記直柱
状噴流を集中型給湯に、その外側の円錐台状噴流
を拡散型給湯に夫々使い分けすることが出来る。

タツチメントを元止め式小型湯沸し器に応用せる
概略説明図、第5図は本考案の使用状態に於ける
給水撒布状態を示す部分切欠縦断正面図であり、
第6図は従来のアダプタの一例を示す斜視図であ
る。1は蛇口管dに上部ナツト2によつて取着さ
れる栓状のアダプタ本体でその内部には基部側か
ら先側へ通水路3が貫設され、この通水路3は先
側近傍に於て、通水路壁31を順次厚肉にして求
心方向に突設させた円形突壁41によつて通路断
面が絞縮されて絞り部4が形成されている。この
絞り部4の先側に連らなつて外方に急激に拡開さ
れた拡開室5が拡開テーパ壁51をもつて、本体
1の先端に於て通水路3と開通的に形成されるよ
うに且つこの拡開室5の先端開口部に多数の小孔
61…が透設された多孔板6が横架され得るよう
に、多孔板6を抜出防止的に支持した下部ナツト
7が本体1の下部に螺合・固定71されている。
8は緩み止め用のU字状パツキンである。而し
て、多孔板6は第4図の如く円形突壁41に対応
する円形範囲について稍々径大な円孔611〔一
例として0.8mm×(100±3)個〕が、その周囲の
拡開室5に対応するリング範囲Yについては稍々
径小な円孔612〔一例として0.5mm×(25±20)
個〕が夫々設けられている。拡開テーパ壁51の
開角θは一例として25〜35度が適切である。9は
Oリングを示す。

ら円柱状噴流S1となつて噴射されると共に通水路
3の内壁沿いに進んだ湯は絞り部4に於て増圧さ
れるも之に連なる拡開室5内に勢よく進行して直
下の多孔板6のリング範囲Yの円孔612…を経
て先向漸開状の円錐台状の噴流S2となつて噴射さ
れる。一つのアダプタAの先端から噴出される互
いに同心的なこれら噴流S1は直進性から集中型の
給湯でヤカン、鍋等の給湯に適し、一方噴流S2
先向漸開状で且つ噴射力が噴流S1に較べて弱いか
ら食器等をアダプタAより下方に離した状態で置
くことにより、広角的且つ穏やかな給湯、即ち洗
浄に適するのである。そして、拡開室5で逆流が
発生してもテーパ壁51によつて順次外側に偏向
降下するので、使用中この逆流が管路抵抗の増大
に発達することを阻止し得るのである。
