に於いて、前記液柱を囲う導出筒下部に下端を液
中に浸漬する筒部を設けると共に該筒部上端に前
記液柱が通過する通過口を開設した液受板部を形
成し、また前記導出筒には開口下縁が前記液受板
部上面と略同一面位置となる前記送風機による通
風開口を開設し、前記筒部の外側面には前記液受
板部上に滴下した液滴を前記通風口を介して含浸
させ液面に戻す含浸部材を設けたことを特徴とす
