- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ １枚の金属板を塑性加工して、その切り離し
両端部又は中途部が重なり合うように、且つ内部
に一定の空室が区画されるよう連続的に折曲げる
ことにより、全体として一定幅を備えた円輪体に
造形し、その円輪体の円形外周面にタイヤ支持用
のフランジとハンプ並びにビードシートを付与す
ると共に、上記重合部をホイールデイスクに対す
る取付部として設定したことを特徴とするホイー
ルの中空リム構造。 ２ 一定の空室を、その区画内部に封入したハニ
カム材や発泡材、その他の充填材により細分した
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲・第１
項記載のホイールの中空リム構造。
