Claims (1)
- 内部に光源を有し、上面が透明乃至半透明の板
で覆われ、透明乃至半透明の検査物をこの板の上
に置いて目視検査をする検査テーブル１であつて
、一端に近い部分に主軸受３を有し、もう一方の
端部には軸受４を有し、この主軸受の位置は固定
され、軸受の位置はクランク機構のクランク５に
よつて一定の中心のまわりに円運動をさせるよう
にした中心軸２を該検査テーブルの背面に略直角
に取付け、更にこの背面の該中心軸の固定点から
離れた位置に、ガイドロツド６が滑動し得るよう
に取付けられ、このガイドロツドはこれを自由に
支持するガイド７により拘束されており、上記ク
ランクをモーター８により回転せしめることによ
り、検査テーブルに首振り運動をさせることを特
徴とする、首振り目視検査機。
