  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 光学顕微鏡用の対物レンズの中心部に開口を
    形成し、この開口部に超音波顕微鏡用の音響レン
    ズを、その超音波軸が前記対物レンズの光軸とほ
    ぼ一致するように配置して成る超音波顕微鏡装置
    。 ２ 前記音響レンズをその超音波軸と直交する平
    面内で一方向に往復移動可能に支持して加振器に
    より加振させるよう構成したことを特徴とする実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の超音波顕微鏡
    装置。
