させて出力する信号処理回路と、この信号処理回
路からの演算信号及び前記A―D変換回路からの
検出信号を比較する比較回路と、この比較回路の
比較結果に応じて夫々カウント速度が異なるカウ
ントアツプ動作及びカウントダウン動作の何れか
を選択的に実行するように設けられそのカウント
値が所定の基準値に達したときに欠相検出信号を
出力する演算回路とを設けたことを特徴とする欠
