を解決することを目的とするものである。"Means for Solving the Problems" The present invention has been made by focusing on the above-mentioned problems, and consists of pasting a mount 2 on the surface of a hard substrate 1, and placing a pattern A on the mount 2. The plastic plate 9 is formed by a step of drawing, a step of pasting the microspheres 4 on the mount 2 so as to make the pattern A stand out, and a process of pressing the plastic plate 9 against the surface side of the substrate 1. By providing a means for manufacturing a decorative board, which includes a step of plastically deforming the above-mentioned pattern A by the microspheres 4 to form an image of the pattern A on the surface side of the plastic board 9, anyone can easily work on the decorative board. It is an object of the present invention to solve the above-mentioned problems by providing a manufacturing method.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an example of a state in which a mount is pasted on the surface of a board and a pattern is drawn on the mount.
In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a substrate such as a steel plate, and a cardboard mount 2 is adhered to the upper surface of this hard substrate 1, and a desired pattern A is drawn on this mount 2.

ある。 An adhesive 3 is applied to the mount 2 on which the desired pattern A is drawn so that the pattern A stands out as shown in FIG. Next, using the adhesive 3, as shown in FIG. 3, microspheres 4 such as steel balls or chain-like objects are pasted together so as to highlight A in the figure. For example, this steel ball 4 has a diameter of about 4.0
Three types are used: mm, 3.0mm, and 2.0mm.
The surfaces of the pasted steel balls 4 must be at the same level since the plastic plate 9 will be pressed later on.

ものである。 When the plastic plate 9 having such a structure is pressed with a pressure press, the aluminum surface plate 7 is pressed together with the intervening material to form a concave portion 8, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. As a result, the image of the pattern A can be easily formed on the surface side of the plastic plate 9, and a decorative plate can be manufactured.
