Claims (1)
- シリンダの室内にピストンを摺動可能に組込み
、このピストンの一端にピストンロツドを固着し
てなるシリンダ装置において、上記ピストンロツ
ドは、テーパ状に形成された磁性材料製の軸本体
と、この軸本体の表面に直径が全長に沿つて一様
となるように被覆された非金属非磁性材料製のコ
ーテイング層とから構成され、上記シリンダ側で
あつてピストンロツドが被挿された部位に検出ヘ
ツドを組込んだことを特徴とするシリンダ装置。
