- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ヒータ上部をウエハがロープ搬送される搬
送装置において、上記ロープはウエハ搬送時に使
用するステンレス製ワイヤにテフロンコーテイン
グした被覆部分と、ウエハ焼成時に使用するテフ
ロンコーテイングしないステンレス製ワイヤとか
らなる１本の連続したロープをドラムにより移動
自在にしたことを特徴とするヒータ部のウエハ搬
送装置。 (2) ロープはエンドレス状に回動可能にしたこ
とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
載のヒータ部のウエハ搬送装置。
