    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 抵抗およびコンデンサからなる積分回路と、抵
    抗および定電圧ダイオードからなる基準電圧回路
    と、電源投入時の上記積分回路の積分電圧と上記
    基準電圧回路の基準電圧とを比較する比較回路と
    、該比較回路の出力により起動する単安定マルチ
    バイブレータと、上記比較回路の出力と上記単安
    定マルチバイブレータの出力とを入力として電源
    投入時の所定期間のパワーオンリセツト信号を出
    力するＡＮＤ素子とから構成されるパワーオンリ
    セツト回路。
