Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 多数枚の紙葉類を載置しうる用紙受け台と
    、紙葉類を機体内へと一枚ずつ供給する給紙ロー
    ラと、給紙ローラよりも紙葉類の搬送方向上流側
    に設けられ、紙葉類を給紙ローラへと搬送する前
    送りローラとを有する給紙装置において、 該用紙受け台の、該前送りローラよりも搬送方
    向下流側における形状が、下流方向に沿つて順に
    第１の山形部、谷間部、第２の山形部と連続して
    形成され、 少数枚の紙葉類を載置するときは、紙葉類の先
    端部が第１及び第２山形部にて支持された状態で
    該給紙ローラに接し、 多数枚の紙葉類を積載するときは、紙葉類の先
    端部の下層部が谷間部にて支持され、その上層部
    が該給紙ローラに接していることを特徴とする給
    紙装置。 (2) 該谷間部より第２の山形部の頂点へと続く
    傾斜は、該前送りローラの略直下から第１の山形
    部の頂点へと続く傾斜よりも急であることを特徴
    とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の給紙
    装置。 (3) 該前送りローラの略直下と第１の山形部の
    頂点とを結ぶ線の延長線上に該第２の山形部の頂
    点が位置することを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の給紙装置。
