    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 順に高さを増す複数段による移動床台を相互に
    連結して前後方向に伸縮により移動が可能となる
    観覧席において、前記各段の移動床台前端に椅子
    の基体となるブラケツトを長手方向に間隔的に載
    設し、該各ブラケツトの後部上面に立設した支承
    板受けには背もたれの支承板を支軸の挿通により
    起倒自在に組着するとともに、該支承板の両側面
    が起立時に位置する前記ブラケツト後部の内部位
    置には支承板の起立態様を弾性的に保持する押え
    バネを収着したことを特徴とする伸縮式階段状観
    覧席の可動背もたれ装置。
