従来の重量検出装置の回路図である。 Ｇ１，Ｇ２，Ｇ３，Ｇ４…歪ゲージ、Ｃ…ブリ
ツジ回路、ＯＰ…電流増幅型差動増幅器、Ｐ１，
Ｐ２…接続点（入力端）、Ｐ３，Ｐ４…接続点（
出力端）、Ａｏ，Ａ１，Ａ２，Ａ３，Ａ４…歪受
感部、Ｂ３…中央ビーム。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 片持式平行ビーム型ロードセルに対称に貼
    着する四枚の歪ゲージでブリツジ回路を形成し、
    そのブリツジ回路の出力端を電流増幅型差動増幅
    器の入力端に接続してなるロードセル秤の重量検
    出装置において、上記ロードセルに加わる偏荷重
    の偏位量に応じて現れる応力が同一叉となる箇所
    の二枚の歪ゲージを上記ブリツジ回路の隣接する
    二辺とするとともに、その接続点を上記ブリツジ
    回路の入力端とし、さらに残り二枚の歪ゲージを
    上記二枚の歪ゲージに対し、垂直荷重に応じて現
    れる応力が同一方向となるもの同士を対角位置に
    くるように接続して、その両接続点を出力端とし
    たことを特徴とするロードセル秤の重量検出装置
    。 (2) 上記ロードセルが平行四辺形状をなすとと
    もに、上下ビームの左右の対称位置にそれぞれ歪
    受感部が形成され、その各々に歪ゲージが貼着さ
    れてなることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項記載のロードセル秤の重量検出装置。 (3) 上記ロードセルが上下三段の平行ビームを
    有し、その中央ビームの中心部には歪受感部が形
    成され、そしてその歪受感部の両側面のそれぞれ
    には、垂直方向に対し４５度をなし、且つ互いに
    直行するように二枚の歪ゲージが貼着されてなる
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    記載のロードセル秤の重量検出装置。
