Claims (1)
- 光の透過窓を有する真空容器と、この真空容器
内に収めてあり前記透過窓を透過した光を受ける
検知素子と、前記透過窓と前記検知素子との間の
前記透過光経路にあつて前記検知素子の視野を制
限する視野制限手段とを備える光検知器において
、前記視野制限手段はテーパー円筒形の内面反射
鏡であり、前記テーパー円筒の内径は前記透窓側
が大きいことを特徴とする光検知器。
