However, with this type of electric iron, the power cord leads out from the iron itself, so the power cord gets in the way when ironing, and the operating range of the iron is limited by the length of the power cord. It has the disadvantage of being difficult to store. To solve these problems, the iron body has only a power supply terminal that conducts with the heating element without leading out the power cord, and has a power supply terminal that connects to the power supply terminal of the iron body when the iron body is placed. Some irons are equipped with a separate mounting table, and the iron body can be separated from the mounting table during ironing operations. In order to ensure a reliable connection between the power supply terminal and the power supply terminal in such irons, and to prevent poor contact even during long-term use, it is necessary to make elastic contact between the power supply and both terminals to ensure a large contact pressure. Must be. However, if the contact pressure of the connecting portion is increased, the iron body becomes unstable on the mounting table due to elasticity. There is also a method of obtaining contact pressure by attracting the iron body with a magnet, but this method has the disadvantage that a large force is required to separate the iron body from the mounting table, resulting in reduced operability.

ものである。Structure of the Invention In order to achieve this object, the cordless iron of the present invention includes an iron body having a power supply terminal, a permanent magnet for fixing the iron body to a mounting table, and a pair of magnetic pole plates provided at both poles of the permanent magnet. It is equipped with a short-circuiting body that is moved by an external operation to short-circuit both magnetic poles of the permanent magnet, and a mounting table having a power terminal is equipped with an attracting body made of a magnetic material. With this configuration, when the iron body is placed on the mounting table, the permanent magnet and the attracting body are magnetically attracted to each other, and the iron body is fixed on the mounting table, and the power supply terminal and the power supply terminal are reliably connected.
Also, when separating the iron body from the mounting table,
A magnetic circuit is configured to short-circuit both magnetic poles of a permanent magnet by moving a short-circuiting body by external operation, thereby reducing the magnetic force acting on the permanent magnet and the attracting plate so that they can be easily separated.

The figure is a cross-sectional view of essential parts of a cordless iron according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, 1 is an iron main body, and 2 is a mounting table on which the iron main body 1 is placed. A heating element 4 is embedded in the base 3 of the iron body 1. A handle portion 5 is fixed to the base 3.
A notch 6 is formed in the upper surface, and a plate-shaped actuating member 7 has one end attached to a mounting shaft 8.
It is rotatably attached to the handle part 5 via. Reference numeral 9 denotes an actuation shaft, which is provided so as to be movable up and down relative to the handle portion 5, and an actuation spring 11 is secured to the large diameter portion 10 at the center, and is biased upwardly relative to the handle portion 5. . The upper end of the operating shaft 9 contacts the inner surface of the operating member 7, and a shorting member 12 made of a magnetic material such as iron is fixed to the lower end. With this configuration, when the actuating member 7 is pressed, the actuating shaft 9 descends, and the end piece 12 also descends accordingly. A pair of power supply terminals 13 are attached to the rear bottom portion of the handle portion 5 with one end protruding to the outside, and are electrically connected to the heating element 4 via a power supply line 14. Further, a permanent magnet 15 and a pair of magnetic pole plates 16 made of a magnetic material are fixed between the two power supply terminals 13 at the bottom of the handle portion 5, and the lower ends of the magnetic pole plates 16 are exposed downward. This pair of magnetic pole plates 16
When the short circuit body 12 moves downward, the magnetic pole plate 16
The upper end of the short circuit body 12 is in contact with the top end of the short circuit body 12 .

The mounting surface 17 is provided with a positioning rib 18 for positioning the iron main body 1 by contacting the rear part 3' of the base. Further, a power supply terminal 13 is provided at the rear of the mounting surface 17.
A pair of power supply holes 19 are drilled correspondingly. A support plate 20 is provided below the power supply hole 19, and a pair of power supply terminals 21 are attached to the support plate 20 so as to be vertically movable and urged upward by a spring 22. Power terminal 21 is power line 2
It is electrically connected to the power cord 24 via 3. The power cord 24 is introduced from the front end surface of the mounting table 2, and is wound around a cord reel 25 provided in a space 26 at the bottom of the mounting surface 17, which is created by making the mounting surface 17 angled from horizontal and raised forward. It's starting to become easier. Further, an adsorbent 27 made of a magnetic material is fixed to the mounting surface 17 so as to face the magnetic pole plate 16 .

体12は磁極板16には接触していない。 First, the power cord 24 is plugged into a power outlet, and the iron body 1 is placed on the mounting table 2 so that the rear part 3' of the base is hooked on the positioning rib 18, and the magnetic pole plate 16 is attracted by the magnetic force of the permanent magnet 15. It is attracted to the body 27, and the power supply terminal 13 is connected to the power supply hole 1.
9 and presses the power terminal 21 against the elastic force of the spring 22, and the iron main body 1 is fixed to the mounting table 2. Therefore, at this time, the power supply terminal 13 and the power supply terminal 21 are connected with sufficient contact pressure, power is started to be supplied to the heating element 4, and the base 3 begins to heat up. At this time, since the actuating shaft 9 is pushed upward by the actuating spring 11, the shorting body 12 is not in contact with the magnetic pole plate 16.

ができる。 Then, when the base 3 rises to a predetermined temperature and ironing is performed, when the user grasps the handle 5, the operating member 7 is pushed in the direction of arrow a and rotates slightly around the mounting shaft 8. Therefore, the operating shaft 9 is pushed down in the direction of arrow b against the operating spring 11, and the shorting member 12 at the lower end contacts the upper ends of the pair of magnetic pole plates 16. When the shorting body 12 contacts the magnetic pole plate 16 and the magnetic poles are short-circuited, the magnetic pole plate 16
does not lose the magnetic force that attracts the attraction plate 27. The operator can easily separate the iron main body 1 from the mounting table 2.

という利点も得られる。 When all the ironing is finished, the power cord 24 can be wound onto the cord reel 25, so that the power cord 24 does not become bulky when stored. Moreover, this code reel 25
is the space 2 at the lower part of the mounting surface 17 that is raised toward the front.
6, the provision of the cord reel 25 does not increase the overall size of the mounting table 2 during storage, and the provision of the cord reel 25 does not increase the size of the mounting table 2. Since the weight of the mounting table 2 is increased, there is also an advantage that the mounting table 2 is stabilized and workability is improved.

For example, the upper end of the operating shaft 9 A configuration may also be adopted in which a push button is attached to and the operating shaft 9 moves up and down by pressing the button.

By providing a permanent magnet in the iron body having a power supply terminal and a short-circuiting body that is moved by external operation to short-circuit both magnetic poles of the permanent magnet, and by providing an adsorption body made of a magnetic material in the mounting table having a power supply terminal. When the iron body is placed on the table, it is fixed on the table, and the power supply terminal and the power supply terminal are securely connected, and there is no possibility of poor contact after long-term use. It can be easily done without the need for In addition, as in the example, by tilting the angle of the mounting surface of the mounting table and installing a cord reel in the space below, the space occupied by the mounting table can be fully utilized, improving ironing work efficiency. This makes it easier to store the iron. As described above, the present invention has achieved a cordless iron that is excellent in reliability, operability, and storage, and has great practical effects.
