業が必要であると共に、接着加工は主として手作
業により行われるので、熟練を要し、かつ非常に
手間が掛ると共に製品のバラツキが多い等の欠点

本発明はこれ等の欠点を解消する二重壁弁当箱
の製造法に係るもので、その方法を図に示す給食
用弁当箱の実施例によつて説明すると、ポリエチ
レン、ポリプロピレンなどの熱可塑性樹脂による
容器本体の外箱1は、上端周縁部2を若干外方に
突出した鍔部3とし、内方が下方に凹陥する保温
材収納空間外壁部4を形成する如く射出成形によ
り一体に形成する。容器本体の内箱5は、外側周
縁部6が外箱1の鍔部3の上面に一致して当接す
る如く外方に突出した鍔部7とし、該鍔部7の内
側より上方に逆U形類似の内箱上壁部8を形成
し、下方に延長して凹陥部とした内箱下壁部9を
なす如く、外箱1と同一材により射出成形によつ
て一体に形成して、上部壁8の内壁10と下部壁
9により形成される空間部を収容物収容槽11と
し、第3図の如く外箱1内に内箱5を挿入して鍔
部3と7を重ねた状態で内箱上壁部の空間部及び
外壁部4と内箱下壁部9間に形成される連通した
