Claims (1)
- セラミツクパツケージ上部に環元性雰囲気を形
成するチヤンバーを設けるとともに、該チヤンバ
ーの上部に無酸化性雰囲気を形成するチヤンバー
を設け、さらに前記両チヤンバーの中央にボンデ
イング用操作窓を設けて該ボンデイング用操作窓
から無酸化性ガスが還元性ガスを覆うように噴出
させるようにしたボンデイング用還元性雰囲気封
止装置。
