Claims (1)
- センサであるガルバニ電池をケースに内蔵しこ
のガルバニ電池の酸素透過膜部に外気を導く酸素
濃度検出器において、ケースの内壁部分に外面に
開口した主窓部と補助窓部とを有する小部屋が形
成され、上記ガルバニ電池は上記酸素透過膜部を
上記小部屋の内部空間に臨ませて気密に取り付け
られていることを特徴とする酸素濃度検出器。
