- セル室内に固化パツケージを収納するピツトを
複数立設し、前記セル室の空気取り入れ口に、ピ
ツト用冷却流路とセル室の天井スラブ用冷却流路
とを並列に配設するとともに、該ピツト用冷却流
路の上部と天井スラブ用冷却流路との間に、これ
らを上下に区画する隔壁を設けたことを特徴とす
る固化パツケージの保管装置。
