The present invention relates to an anti-slip footwear platform, and its main feature is to insert an anti-slip member mainly composed of a thermoplastic styrene-butadiene block copolymer with a hardness of 40° to 70° into the bottom. It is something to do. The invention will be explained in detail below. 1 and 2, the main body 1 of the footwear stand is made of synthetic resin foam with a hardness of 75° to 95° (according to JISA), such as polybutadiene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), polyurethane, polystyrene, etc. Modified polystyrene, acrylonitrile
It is made of butadiene-styrene resin (ABS), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), etc., or a mixture of two or more of these. A plurality of divided cavities 1A are provided inside the main body 1, and a top plate 1B is attached to the upper surface. Hardness of 40° to bottom toe and heel of main body 1
A non-slip member 2 mainly composed of a 70° thermoplastic styrene-butadiene block copolymer (SBS) is embedded with its surface exposed. The surface of the anti-slip member 2 is formed with unevenness. The anti-slip member 2 is mainly composed of SBS, but SBS may be mixed with other synthetic resins such as polybutadiene, polystyrene, modified polystyrene, EVA, PVC, ABS, pigments, anti-aging agents, plasticizers, etc. In order to mold the footwear stand of this embodiment, as shown in FIG. After the anti-slip member 2 is inserted as described above, a synthetic resin mixed with a foaming agent such as azobisisobutyronitrile or azodicarbonamide is injected to perform foam molding. In this way, a footwear stand main body 1 is obtained in which the anti-slip member 2 is embedded in the bottom with the surface exposed. After removing the main body 1 from the mold, the top plate 1B is attached. In the footwear platform of the present invention, the anti-slip member is mainly composed of SBS, so SBS has high slip resistance and has a large anti-slip effect. For example, Table 1 shows a comparison of the slip resistance with other materials.

[Table] As shown in Table 1, SBS has higher slip resistance than other materials. And SBS has a hardness of 40°~70
°, it has appropriate cushioning properties and excellent abrasion resistance. If the hardness is 70° or more, the cushioning properties will be poor, and if the hardness is 40° or less, the abrasion resistance will be poor. In addition, the above-mentioned SBS-based anti-slip material has a hardness of 75.
Since it is surrounded by a synthetic resin foam layer with an angle of 95° to 95°, it is comfortable to wear, and the load is evenly distributed and applied to the non-slip member, ensuring complete adhesion between the non-slip member and the ground. The anti-slip effect of SBS is further strengthened by increasing the anti-slip effect, and the wear of the anti-slip member is not uneven, so the wear resistance of SBS is further enhanced and good anti-slip effect is maintained over a long period of time. . If the synthetic resin foam layer has a hardness of 95° or more, it will be difficult for the footwear base to bend, making it difficult to walk and causing fatigue. Also, if it is less than 75 degrees, it will be too flexible and will undergo large deformation (sagging) due to weight, making it unsuitable for use as a footwear platform. Thus, the footwear base of the present invention has a hardness of 40° to 70°.
Anti-slip member made of SBS of ゜ and the hardness surrounding it
Combined with the performance of the 75° to 95° synthetic resin foam, the anti-slip means works extremely effectively, and the anti-slip means is durable, comfortable to wear, easy to walk in, not tiring, and deformable. It is highly valuable as a product since it is unlikely to cause this.
