The body pipes are stacked on top of each other and a lid is placed on top.
A typical example of its structure is shown in Figure 1 (right hemisection front view).
As shown below. That is, 1 is an invert, 2 is a body pipe, and 3 is a lid. The invert 1 is an open top container having two or more joint ports 4 on the side wall, and by connecting a drain pipe 5 to the joint ports 4. It forms part of the drainage channel. An annular groove 6 is formed at the upper end of the side wall of the invert 1, and the lower end peripheral edge 7 of the trunk tube 2 is fitted into the groove 6 via an adhesive. The illustrated trunk tube 2 has its lower end peripheral edge 7 slightly thicker than the wall main body to prevent breakage due to impact during handling. Also, an annular groove 6 is provided at the upper end peripheral edge of the trunk tube 2.
A is formed, and a lid 3 is attached to the groove 6a to form a drainage basin.

欠陥があつた。 By the way, when burying the drainage basin like the one above, please make sure to match the depth to which the water pipes are buried.
The vertical length of the drainage basin must be adjusted, but this adjustment was done by selecting the optimal one from a variety of body pipes of different lengths, or by combining multiple shorter ones. . However, if the buried depth of the water pipe does not match the length of a single or combined trunk pipe, the plurality of annular protrusions 8 provided on the outer circumferential surface of the lower part of the trunk pipe 2 are used as a guide along the lower surface of the trunk pipe. It was necessary to cut the tube and adjust the length.
In other words, with conventional assembled drainage basins, it is necessary to transport and store a large number of extra trunk pipes at the construction site, and to take them home after construction is completed, making inventory management and transportation management extremely troublesome. If the actual burial depth was deeper than expected without preparation, the user would have to return home to retrieve the parts, which, despite the seeming convenience of an assembled structure, resulted in various inconveniences. In addition, the separated portion of the trunk pipe is wasted in terms of material, which not only increases material costs, but also requires temporary storage and transportation for disposal or reuse of the cut portion, which is not free. The flaw was that it made the construction work in this field, which requires a lot of cutting and cutting, even more complicated.

However, the assembled drainage basin of the present invention takes into consideration the formation of the body pipe, and a pair of fitting structures are formed on both ear sides of a flexible strip material, and the strip material is twisted into a spiral shape. A spirally wound body tube is formed by fitting the ear portions facing each other while winding in a shape, and a step structure is provided inside the upper part of the base portion to fit with a step at the lower end of the spirally wound body tube. An annular frame member having an upward socket shape and a downward socket and a receiving edge of the lid, and a step structure that fits with the step at the upper end of the spirally wound trunk pipe is provided between the trunk pipe and the lid. The key point lies in the intervention of

1a indicates an invert, and the assembly specifications thereof are approximately the same as those of the conventional example. However, an annular frame member 9 is placed on the upper peripheral edge of the body pipe 2a, and the lid 3 is fitted into the groove 9a of the frame member 9 to form a drainage basin. As shown in Figure 3 (right hemisection front view). In the drainage basin of the above embodiment, the main point of the present invention is the body part 2a.
is formed by spirally winding the strip material 10. FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram of a combined state of the strip material 10, in which a fitting groove 11 continuous in the longitudinal direction is formed in one ear portion of the strip material 10, and the fitting groove 11 is formed in the other ear portion. A matching ridge 12 is also formed continuously and made of a flexible plastic material, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, or the like. Therefore, in forming the body tube, it is sufficient to wind the strips 10 to a desired diameter and stack them while fitting the protrusions 12 into the aforementioned fitting grooves 11. Step portions 10a and 10b are formed according to the width of the strip material 10, but the second

Since the fitting recesses 9b, 1b are provided to match the shape of the step 10a, 10b, the fitting recesses 9b, 1b are provided to match the shape of the step 10a, 10b.
By fitting it into 1b, the body tube can be formed spirally without wasting the strip material.

3a and 13b, and a fitting protrusion 14 having an S-shaped cross section, similar to the above-mentioned flexible plastic molded product, which fits into a recess 15 formed between the protrusions 13 and 13a. While fitting the protrusions 14, the belt-like material 10a is spirally wound and stacked with the smooth surface facing inside to form the body tube 2b. The reason why a plurality of protrusions 13, 13a, and 13b are formed is to reinforce the strip material, and sometimes only one protrusion is provided.
