する係止壁８ｂとを有するストツパ８を前記ガイ
ドブロツク７と交叉する方向に回動自在に配置す
るとともに、このストツパ８の下端に小シリンダ
１２のロツド１２ａを連結し、この小シリンダ１
２の作動により前記ストツパ８を回動させるよう
