不都合があつた。 If water leaks in an existing metal sheet roof due to corrosion or breakage of the metal sheets, if the leak is localized, it is possible to somehow solve the problem by repairing only that part. However, if the roof is no longer useful, or if repairs are needed over a wide area, it may be necessary to replace all of the existing metal sheets. This complete reroofing work may require replacing not only the metal plates, but also the tarpaulin and, in some cases, even the roofing boards, which not only takes a considerable amount of time and effort, but also There were inconveniences such as having to cover the entire house under a tent in case of rain during construction, or temporarily suspending residence.

化したものである。 Therefore, in this invention, the existing metal plate is left as it is as a base structure part, and a new integral roof surface member layer is formed on top of it, thereby creating a repaired roof structure based on a completely new technical concept. This was developed and put into practical use.

As can be understood from a typical embodiment of the present invention shown in the accompanying drawings, existing metal roofs usually use rafters or rafter-equivalent members 1 as structural members. After that, a roofing board 2 is laid on top of it, and a waterproof sheet 3 such as asphalt felt is laid on its surface, and then a large number of long metal plates 4 of a suitable width are laid with the length direction facing the direction of the roof slope. A cap material 6 is inserted between the rising portions 4a, 4a of each long metal plate 4 via a hanger 5.
The respective ends of the rising portion 4a, hanger 5, and cap material 6 are bolted together to form a rising connecting portion 7, whereby the long metal plates are connected and laid as one piece. By nailing 9 the hanger 5 to the roofing board 2 or passing through the roofing board 2 to the rafter or rafter-equivalent member 1, the metal plates 4, 4
...The whole thing is fixed on the field board 2.

First, a waterproof sheet layer 20 is formed on the parts, that is, on the metal plates 4, 4, . . . of the existing roof.

いうまでもない。 To form the waterproof sheet layer 20, the waterproof sheet is continuously stretched across a plurality of metal plates 4, 4, etc., so as to realize a structure that completely wraps around the rising connecting portion 7. It is laid parallel to the eaves of the existing roof, which is the base structure, and is laid sequentially from the eaves toward the ridge. In the illustrated embodiment, this waterproof sheet is separate from the heat insulating material 11, but this waterproof sheet is integrated in advance on the back surface of the heat insulating material 11, which will be described later. A non-laminated waterproof sheet portion of the heat insulating material 11 of a predetermined width is formed in between, and the rising connecting portion 7 is wrapped at the same place, or
Of course, a structure in which waterproof sheets with a width larger than the width of the heat insulating material 11 are laminated and the portion of the waterproof sheet protruding from the heat insulating material 11 wraps around the rising connection part 7 can of course be adopted depending on the situation. It goes without saying that there is.

A base board 12 made of plywood or the like is fixed 13 to the base structure made of the existing roof to prepare a complete base, and then a waterproof sheet 14 is laid down as needed, and then the desired roof surface members, For example, a roof surface member 15 is laid to form a roof such as a roof with tile sticks as shown in the figure, a tile roof, an asphalt shingle roof, or the like.

利点を有することになる。 According to the repaired roof structure for the existing metal sheet roof formed in this way, even if the existing metal sheet roof has inconveniences such as leakage points, it can be made extremely sturdy as a roof base structure. Since it is reusable, it is extremely easy to form a new roof surface material layer to finish the desired roof appearance with the desired roof surface material, and it is also possible to create a new roof surface material layer using the desired roof surface material. The repaired roof structure has a waterproof sheet layer 20 that wraps around the rising joints 7 of the metal plates 4, 4, etc. between it and the existing metal plate roof, which is the structural part. This effectively prevents the infiltration of moisture, that is, the infiltration of moisture from damaged areas and other gaps in the existing roof, as well as the occurrence of dew condensation on the metal plates 4, 4... of the existing roof. Therefore, it has the great advantage that the heat insulating function of the heat insulating material layer is not compromised.

る。 A particularly important effect is that resulting from the structure of the waterproof sheet layer 20 that is laminated on the metal plates 4, 4, . . . of the existing metal plate roof. That is, in order to facilitate the deformation of the metal plates 4, 4... due to heat, the formed waterproof sheet layer 20 is formed to wrap around the rising connecting portion 7, and the same place is formed in the structure where the metal plates 4, 4...
Since it is planned to function as an expansion/contraction buffer for the waterproof sheet layer 20, which inevitably deforms as the metal plates 4, 4... deform due to repeated cold and warm temperatures, Even if this is repeated, this expansion/contraction buffer functions and the metal plates 4, 4...
...There is no deterioration of the upper waterproof sheet layer 20, which means that it can continue to function as a perfect waterproof layer for a long time.

できる。 Furthermore, since the existing roof is used as a solid base structure, the structure of the roof surface member layer that should be the upper layer can be implemented as a relatively light structure like that of the present invention. It is extremely simple and safe compared to normal workability, and can be achieved in a short period of time, such as not requiring an upper enclosure such as the above, being advantageous in terms of scaffolding, and being able to perform the work without interfering with living conditions. The roof structure can be modified and made very economical.
