- 人工衛星搭載用光ロータリエンコーダにおいて
、金属または樹脂などにて形成された複数のカバ
ーにて目盛デイスクを介挿する如く回転自在に支
持し、上記目盛デイスクと測定ヘツドとの間に当
て板を介挿したことを特徴とする人工衛星搭載用
光ロータリエンコーダ。
