Claims (1)
- 内部に複数の冷媒通路が形成された蛇行状偏平
管１と、周壁に長さ方向の全長にわたつてスリツ
ト６が形成されたアルミニウム押出型材製ヘツダ
胴本体７と、アルミニウム・ブレージング・シー
ト製スリツト閉鎖体８と、ヘツダ胴本体７とスリ
ツト閉鎖体８とによつて構成されるヘツダ胴９の
一端部を閉鎖するアルミニウム・ブレージング・
シート製蓋１０，１６と、ヘツダ胴９の他端部に
一端部が嵌入される嵌入部材１１とを備え、スリ
ツト閉鎖体８には偏平管接続口１４が形成され、
ヘツダ胴本体７の両側縁部にはスリツト６に嵌め
込まれたスリツト閉鎖体８の両側部外面をそれぞ
れ受ける段部１２ａ，１２ｂがヘツダ胴本体７の
長さ方向の全長にわたつて形成され、蓋１０，１
６および嵌入部材１１には、段部１２ａ，１２ｂ
との間でスリツト閉鎖体８を挾持する閉鎖体押付
部１０ａ，１１ａ，１６ａが形成され、偏平管接
続口１４に偏平管１の端部が挿入された状態でス
リツト閉鎖体８が偏平管１にろう付されており、
スリツト閉鎖体８がスリツト６に嵌め込まれかつ
蓋１０，１６および嵌入部材１１の閉鎖体押付部
１０ａ，１１ａ，１６ａと段部１２ａ，１２ｂと
によつて挟持されている状態で、ヘツダ胴本体７
がスリツト閉鎖体８にろう付されているとともに
蓋１０，１６がヘツダ胴９にろう付されている熱
交換器。
