Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 集積回路本体およびそのテスト回路をパツ
ケージ内に収容した集積回路において、テスト用
データを直並列変換して前記テスト回路に供給す
る直並列変換回路と、この直並列変換回路にテス
ト用データおよびそのシフトクロツクをそれぞれ
供給するテスト入力端子と、前記集積回路本体の
データ入力端子から入力回路を経て入力されたデ
ータおよび集積回路本体の出力データを択一的に
選択して出力回路を経て出力端子へ出力する選択
回路とを具備したことを特徴とする集積回路。 (2) 選択回路は、直並列変換回路の並列出力の
うちの特定のビツトを選択制御信号として入力し
て出力回路へ出力するデータの選択を行なうもの
である実用新案新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載
の集積回路。
