DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to, for example, a support structure for a stabilizer shaft of an automobile, and in particular to an improvement of a stabilizer rubber bushing thereof.

Conventionally, for example, a stabilizer rubber bushing used for a support part of a stabilizer shaft has a stabilizer shaft 3 inserted into its central through hole 2, and a stabilizer rubber bushing that is used as a support part of a stabilizer shaft, as shown by reference numeral 1 in FIG. It is fixed (supported) on the vehicle body side. In this state, the shaft 3 is held within the hole 2 of the rubber with some friction. The end of the shaft 3 is attached to a lower arm (not shown) of the suspension. 2 is a perspective view of the rubber bushing shown in FIG. 1, and the line 5 is a slit into which the shaft 3 is fitted.

Due to the movement of the suspension lower arm,
Relative movement in the torsional direction occurs between the bush 1 and the shaft 3, but if slippage occurs between the two within this actual working range, the durability of the bush will drop sharply. Within θ-1, the spring characteristics had to be made almost linear so that almost no slipping occurred (see line).
In the figure, T represents torsion torque and θ represents torsion angle.

For this reason, an abnormal noise (squeak) was generated between the stabilizer rubber bush 1 and the shaft 3 due to the stay.

The present invention was made to eliminate these drawbacks, and the inner peripheral surface of the through hole of the stabilizer rubber bushing is made of fluorine resin or polyamide resin, which has a lower coefficient of friction and wear resistance than the same rubber. It is characterized by a thin slip layer formed by gluing large synthetic resin films.

The reference numeral 6 in FIGS. 1 and 2 indicates the mounting part. In this example, a fluororesin film with a thickness of 0.1 to 0.5 mm is glued to the inner peripheral surface of the through hole 2. A slip layer is formed.

With the above configuration, in the example shown in FIG. 1, the stabilizer shaft 3 is fitted into the rubber bushing 1 via the thin sliding layer of fluororesin 6.
The coefficient of friction in the same area decreases, and the relationship between the torsion angle and torque becomes flat as shown in FIG.

Therefore, according to the present invention, since the coefficient of friction between the stabilizer shaft and the stabilizer rubber bushing is reduced, it is possible to simultaneously improve the riding comfort performance by reducing the spring characteristics in the torsional direction and improve the durability of the bushing. At the same time, it is possible to prevent the sticking phenomenon between the stabilizer shaft and the stabilizer rubber bushing, so that effects such as being able to prevent the generation of abnormal noise can be obtained. In addition, since the slipping layer is formed by adhering a thin film (including woven fabric - cloth), by forming a slit with the rubber, a stabilizer shaft etc. can be easily fitted into the inner surface of the slipping layer, making it practical. The effect is great.

Note that Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 48-13313 discloses an example in which a wear-resistant cylindrical cloth is provided inside a cylindrical body, but this is used merely as a bearing, and as in the present invention, This is completely different from the idea of using rubber bushings on the inner surface of a rubber bushing that tightens the shaft with sufficient tightness to prevent noise.

Furthermore, British Patent No. 941008 shows an example in which a tube layer of polymide or resin is provided on the inner surface of the rubber sleeve at the joint part of the suspension, but this part was originally between the pin and the inner surface of the rubber sleeve. This is a so-called bearing-like part into which a bearing bush is inserted, and its purpose is to extend the lubrication life. This idea is essentially different from the idea of preventing abnormal noise caused by the stay of the stabilizer rubber bushing tightening part as in the present invention.
