を有して配設される第２のスペーサ１８を介して
、前記可撓弾性を有する第１の配線板１４上に第
２の配線板１９を対向配設すると共に、それらの
双方の配線板１４，１９の対向面の夫々に第２の
スイツチ用電極１７，２１を形成してなることを
