Claims (1)
引き出すべく該陽極基板上に形成される配線層お
よび該配線層の端末となるフイラメント端子層を
それぞれ有し、この各フイラメント端子層にリー
ドピンを半田付けにより接続してなる螢光表示管
において、前記各フイラメント端子層は、前記陽
極基板上の配線層を被覆する絶縁層の端面に対し
て少くとも２分割された端子部を設けてこれら端
子部の対向する最小の間隔を１．０mm以上離し、
その各端子部の一端側を前記絶縁層下のフイラメ
ントと対応する配線層に共通接続するとともに、
それら他端側を０．３〜０．５mm程度の線幅をも
つ少くとも１つの細線層で接続してなることを特
