Description

【発明の詳細な説明】[Detailed description of the invention]

本発明はラミネートチユーブ容器に関する。 アルミニウム箔の両面に一層又は多層の合成樹
脂層を積層して成るシートを丸めて、これをその
胴部とし、絞り出しのための絞出口を設けて成る
ラミネートチユーブ容器は従来から知られてい
る。このシートは、例えば、外側から静電防止ポ
リエチレン、ポリエチレン、乳白色ポリエチレ
ン、ポリエチレン、紙、ポリエチレン、アルミニ
ウム箔、ポリエチレン、アイオノマー、ポリエチ
レンをこの順に積層して成る。しかしながら、こ
のシートで胴部を形成したチユーブ容器は、例え
ばヒノキテオール入り練歯みがき等の薬品性の強
い内容物を収容する時、ヒノキテオールは合成樹
脂層を浸透してアルミニウム箔が腐蝕され、剥離
したり、内面のポリエチレンが着色されたりする
欠点を持つている。 本発明はこのような事情によつてなされたもの
で、アルミニウム箔の両面に一層又は多層の合成
樹脂層を積層して成るシートを丸めてその胴部を
形成したラミネートチユーブ容器において、前記
シートとしてアルミニウム箔の内面をアルミニウ
ムの処理剤で処理した後、二液反応型ポリエステ
ル系接着剤を介して合成樹脂を積層したシートを
用いることを特徴とする耐薬品性を有するラミネ
ートチユーブ容器である。 本発明において、アルミニウムの処理剤とは、
例えばアルミニウムのフイニツシング剤として知
られるもので、エポキシ―リン酸系、エポキシ―
フエノール系、フエノール―ブチラール系等の処
理剤が使用できる。 また、接着剤を介して積層する合成樹脂は任意
のもので良いが、例えばポリエチレン等が使用で
きる。 また、アルミニウムの外側は従来のチユーブ容
器と同一の層構成で良い。 以下、実施例により説明する。 <実施例 1> アルミニウム箔の表面に、版深15〜20μのシリ
ンダーを用いてエポキシ―リン酸系処理剤(東洋
インキ(株)製MF#5)をコーテイングし、2液反
応型ポリエステル系接着剤(東洋モートン(株)製
AD503―35E)を2〜3g/m2塗布し、90μ厚の
ポリエチレンフイルムを貼り合わせた。なお、ア
ルミニウム箔はその反対面に、順に、ポリエチレ
ン、紙、ポリエチレン、乳白色ポリエチレン、ポ
リエチレン、静電防止ポリエチレンが積層されて
いるものを用いた。 得られたシートを、このポリエステル系接着剤
を使用した方を内側にして丸め、これを胴部とし
てチユーブ容器を作製した。 <実施例 2> アルミニウムの処理剤としてエポキシ―フエノ
ール系フイニツシング剤を用いた他は、実施例1
と同様にチユーブ容器を作製した。 以上の実施例1及び実施例2のチユーブ容器
と、従来品とにヒノキテオールを含む練歯みがき
を収容して、40℃、湿度20%の条件で2週間放置
し、アルミニウム箔の腐蝕、及びアルミニウム箔
とポリエチレンの接着強度を測定した。その結果
を表1に示す。
