Claims (1)
- オゾン発生装置、散気装置、オゾン反応塔およ
び排オゾン分解装置からなり、オゾン反応塔に供
給された飲料原水がオゾン発生装置で発生せしめ
られたオゾン化ガスを散気装置から曝気すること
により減菌かつ脱臭されたのち溶存残留したオゾ
ンを散気装置、オゾン反応塔、排オゾン分解装置
からなる循環系で除去されるように構成されてな
る飲料水精製装置。
